1-   Scholarships for wards of defense personnel- A scholarship of 5% is awarded (per semester) to wards of defense personnel.

2-   Female candidates’ scholarship- To motivate the girl child to study and advance in their careers, Graphic Era Hill University (Bhimtal) provides a 10% scholarship to every girl child on their net tuition fee.

3- Scholarships for various UG/PG programs- Under this scheme, various scholarships are granted for the entire course duration. The amount of scholarship varies from course to course, and students must get the details from their concerned department or university counselors. Once a student can match the criteria for a particular course, they get the scholarship amount adjusted in the tuition fee.

4- Hilly Area students Scholarships- To promote and encourage the students of hilly areas and to bring them at par with other students in the country, GEHU (Bhimtal) offers a scholarship of 25% on tuition fees for those students having the domicile of the state of Uttarakhand.

1- THROUGH WALK-INS- Here, you can visit any of the enrolment offices of GEHU at Bhimtal and Haldwani and meet with the university representative. They will assist you and will clear all your admission-related queries. (Eligibility, seats available, fee structure, etc.) Once satisfied, you can take the forms and start the application filling process.

3- THROUGH ONLINE PROCESS- To apply online, you have to visit the official website of Graphic Era Hill University (Bhimtal campus) and click on the APPLY NOW tab. It will take you to a page with four sections to complete to initiate your admission process. Choose your level, i.e., UG/PG/Doctoral/Certificate courses. It will take you to the page where all the related courses are listed, and you can choose your specialization and start the application process by clicking on the Apply Now button. Once you click this button, you will be directed to the section where you have to fill in the information under four sections: Login, Selection Mode, Basic Details, and Upload Documents section. Once you fill in all these details, an ID will be created for future reference.

Note*- The eligibility criteria vary as per the course level (UG/PG/Doctoral/Certificate), but for most streams, the basic minimum qualification is 10+2/ JEE Score/ Graduation, etc. Finally, a merit list is prepared and shortlisted candidates are approached for a Personal Interview (PI). Once the candidate clears the interview, they must pay the admission fee and other applicable fees at the time of admission. After payment of the fee, their seats are confirmed in the courses chosen by them.
